Japan — 2006Narita City
We spend the last 24 hours of our trip in Narita City at the home of the Yamamuras, friends of Angela's family. They showed us great kindness when we lived in Tokyo, and they now host us for an evening. They treat our girls like their own grandchildren.
As it turns out, Yasuo has recently picked up a hobby of making wooden toys for his grandkids. If you're traveling with young children, you really can't find a better place to stay than with someone who makes cool toys by hand.
For our last meal in Japan, the Yamamuras take us a revolving conveyor belt sushi restaurant.
All in all, our trip with the girls has gone very well, and ends all too soon. We'll be back again, someday!
